Yogurt Coleslaw
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Yield: 6 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
  • 3 drops Black Pepper Vitality essential oil (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 16 oz (about 6 1/4 cups) pre-made coleslaw blend or shredded cabbage.

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, vinegar, sugar, salt, and Black Pepper Vitality and blend until combined.
  2. Place coleslaw blend or cabbage in a large bowl and pour the Greek yogurt dressing mixture over top.
  3. Stir to coat cabbage thoroughly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
